We begin with an in-person consultation and measure at the same time. This allows us to assess the space properly, understand how the room is used and capture the right information from the outset. By measuring during the consultation, we’re able to provide more accurate advice on product suitability, fit, operation and finish. It also helps ensure the solution is tailored to the space, rather than based on guesswork or assumptions.

Custom Order & Preparation
60-90 minutes
Once the selections are confirmed, we arrange the materials, fabrics and components to the exact requirements of your order. This is one of the key benefits of custom window furnishings. Installation

When your window furnishings are ready, we return to install them professionally and ensure everything is operating as it should. If required, we can also remove existing window furnishings as part of the installation process. From first consultation through to final fit-off, we manage the job from start to finish so the experience feels straightforward and well looked after.
